A muscular, alternative rock, hovering with the sounds of the sixties.... Such as one can describe the music of the Hôtesses d'Hilaire. The band members are Serge Brideau, vocals and guitar, Michel Vienneau, bass, Mico Roy guitars, Maxence Cormier, drums, Léandre Bourgeois, keyboards. Living and working in a region best known for its country and traditional music, their music hits the airwaves on Acadian radio stations.
In the fall of 2012, Les Hôtesses d'Hilaire received two awards at the New Brunswick Music Gala, namely Emerging Artist of the Year and the Bell Aliant Audience Award, as well as three awards at the FrancoFête en Acadie, namely the RADARTS Prize - GRANBY, the RADARTS Prize - Large Spaces Network and the RADARTS Prize - Ontario Network. "Hilaire to drink", is a realization of Pascal Lejeune.
