Heartbroken after being dumped by Amy (Kathleen Robertson), Sam (Desmond Harrington) quietly packs his bags, and sets out to explore the world. He never called to check in on his old friends, eventually fading into a distant memory. Years later, at a wedding, Sam surprises his old friends by showing up unannounced and unexpected. Amy is now married and the rest of their friends have gone their separate ways. When Sam shows up at the wedding, however, forgotten memories and suppressed emotions all come flooding back, throwing a big wrench into everyone's comfortable lives.
