An earthquake has already destroyed Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles. The President of the United States asks that we apply the emergency plan designed by Roy Nolan, who died during the earthquake that devastated the west coast. Meanwhile in Sun Valley, Idaho, an ancient volcano that has been extinct for several years is erupting again. Earthquakes are observed in Utah. Later, a highway collapses.
