Released alongside no less essential works by Wibutee, Beady Belle and Sidsell Endressen, Light Extracts follows on from the excellent Black Electronics. The concerns are the same, which draw from the side of a certain experimental Nordic jazz-rock of the 70s (Terje Rypdal in particular) some of its influences mixed with orientalisms served by the trumpet of Nils Peter Molvaer as guest.
