Here, in 10 pieces, is the portrait of an artist who loves life at its most cruel and beautiful. Fighting and vindictive, the ex-singer of the group Deep Freeze, suffering from a physical handicap, faces existence with phenomenal energy. The proof: this sympathetic album, in which he gives himself with heart and sings without affectation the vagaries of a simple daily life, of a life without compromise. The songwriter even demonstrates a good-natured sense of humor in \"Le Gauche\", a biting song about his handicap, and \"My blonde is so…\", a joyful indictment of love. The strong and hoarse voice of Deschamps is somewhat similar to that of Gerry Boulet, leader of Offenbach, a band with whom the singer has worked for the duration of a tour. The contribution of other members of the legendary band – Breen LeBœuf adds his powerful voice and guitarist John McGale composed the music for \"Straight Pipe\" – also contributes to this relationship.
