Colombian rockers Los Aterciopelados, with their slap-happy montuno\/house rhythms and whisky-voiced chanteuse, are silkily subversive, while Ozomatli’s \"Cumbia De Los Muertos\" grounds a Mexican cumbia with heavy hits of reggae and hip-hop.
