Details: Product Description Superbus Amazon.ca France lacked an equivalent to Californian punk, like No Doubt: it's now done thanks to Superbus. It's hard to imagine a more "fun" combo around here, which doesn't hesitate to also draw its influences from ska, like covering "Into The Groove" by Madonna. As energetic as Pleymo, in a genre that is certainly different, the group, led by singer (and composer) Jennifer Ayache, offers an exciting melodic know-how throughout the aerial Aeromusical. Unbridled and not devoid of humour, it is with disconcerting ease that Superbus puts on effective songs. Ballads ("Through you", eloquent) or walls of guitars ("Tchi-Cum Bah"), the tone imposes itself, without pretension, like a bath of youth. --Hervé Comte
