William Lanctôt is 17 years old, he has just moved. Everything is new to him: his house, his hockey team, even his parents seem like strangers. His father is often absent, busy with his work, a documentary on the 100 years of the Canadiens team. His mother tries to reconnect William with his father, but she also has a job at Ste-Justine Hospital as a nurse. She bonds with Daniel Delage, a brave 10-year-old boy who is awaiting a kidney transplant. During his stay in the hospital, he took the opportunity to deepen his knowledge and his passion for the Canadiens team.
