Details: L'Emmerdeur is a French film directed by Francis Veber released in 2008. Mr. Milan (Richard Berry) is a contract killer who must carry out his "contract" from his hotel room overlooking the Nice courthouse where Randoni (Michel Aumont), a key witness in a corruption trial and a man to be killed, is expected. His neighbour, François Pignon (Patrick Timsit), a press photographer neglected by his wife (Virginie Ledoyen) who left him for Doctor Wolf (Pascal Elbe), a renowned neurologist, tries to commit suicide by hanging himself from the pipes of his the bathroom and causes flooding. Milan persuades the waiter not to call the police, promising to watch over the depressive himself to avoid a recurrence. He then finds himself irremediably mired in the problems of Pignon to the detriment of his mission.
