Audience reaction was so enthusiastic that the song, first performed simply in concert, was included in White, although it was not on the first version of the disc. "Que je t'aime" is the only piece on the disc that is not signed by the singer-songwriter. Cossette reveals all the power and flexibility of her voice. A nod to the famous untitled album by the Beatles, Cossette's favorite group, Blanc takes us between ballads to dance with our eyes closed ("Reste si tu avoir", "Rendez-vous") and lively rocks ("Tomorrow and the Next day", "Moving"). The singer skilfully uses his beautiful countertenor voice – that's how he defines it –, accompanied by guitars, drums, keyboards and even a string quartet ("Si j'me recalls").
