Monique Leyrac / Anthology 20 titles - CD
This anthology of works performed by Monique Leyrac (1928-2019) presents the complete first two vinyl records of her Columbia discography, Monique Leyrac sings Vigneault and Léveilée (1963) and Pleins feus sur Monique Leyrac (1964). André Gagnon signed the arrangements, the orchestrations and the orchestral direction of the latter.
Cornerstone of a rich discography, of an interpreter dedicated, passionately, to our authors and composers, these two discs, which were the first serious and essential engravings, are available for the first time in full version. Madame Leyrac was at the service of Quebec song, French song too and its craftsmen for nearly forty years.
