Details: Morency Live is the third solo show by Quebec comedian François Morency. Presented in stand-up, the show tackles the legal system, insurance, American supremacy, alcohol, world history, the school system, cartoons and babies. One of the numbers appeals to the creativity of the public: the spectators are invited to write an unusual sentence. François Morency tells the story of Little Red Riding Hood using sentences written by the public as lines. By targeting the unusual elements of current events and daily life, François Morency becomes an accomplice of the spectators, going without malice in the pastiche rather than in the parody.
