Alex Paquette , singer-songwriter, lives in Matagami in Nord-du-Québec. After several years spent in Montreal where he sang in the Quebec-Creole group Francbâtards, he decided to live a new experience in Baie-James. The music is always present and his life in the north inspired his first solo album, Reggae Nordique . This reggae album is tinged with folk, rap and the omnipresent nature of James Bay. His collaborations with Mamadou Thioube (Senegal), SO Unity (France), KD Zérôm (Reunion Island) allow you to travel through music.
