A bit of excess, a lot of passion: “ Méconium ” contains several incendiary titles which make it one of the very good Quebec garage punk albums. The united voices of Pâquerette and La Poufiasse always have their effect. From a more clinical point of view, meconium is the newborn's first “work” — the most memorable, and not the most odorless.
