Mega City One is a sprawling metropolis plagued by vice. The only remaining form of authority is represented by the judges, an urban police who combine all the functions: cop, judge and executioner. A new drug is spreading, Slo-Mo, which makes it possible to perceive reality in slow motion. Its distribution is controlled by Ma-Ma, a former prostitute turned drug baroness. Dredd, the ultimate judge, will be assigned a mission in Ma-Ma's tower and will have to confront it.
