Vent du Mont Schärr was founded in January 1986. The band won the " Rock Envol " competition in November 1986. In September 1988 the band toured Belgium and Switzerland. Another tour in France in January 1989 (including the " Printemps de Bourges " music festival) with Bérurier Noir among others. Vent du Mont Schärr one of the leading bands of the underground music scene in Quebec and France.
