Details: No need to present GUERILLA POUBELLE, which has now become one of the major references of French-speaking punk-rock IN Europe, with a 1st album sold over 20,000 copies, and nearly 320 concerts in 4 years (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Quebec, Japan, England...). The group formed a school and federated a whole scene around it; that is to say that his new opus, eagerly awaited, promises to be one of the events of the new school year in France. Joined since the beginning of 2007 by Alex (ex-Leptik Ficus) on drums, the quartet has worked tirelessly on its new repertoire, creating around twenty pieces in a few months. Recorded during the summer "at home", the 16 tracks of "Punk = Existentialisme" swarm with quick and annoyed nuggets, resolutely punk-rock (2' on average), with texts always offensive and dark, such as "Y'a worse elsewhere" or "Treadmill". Note the presence of Olivier (Dead pop Club) and Alex (Justine), invited to sing on "An elephant in a pigsty" and "In the diagonal", as well as the new versions of two eminent titles from the beginnings of the group, "Generation" and "Being a woman", which until then only appeared on demos. The first album available in France since October 29, 2007 was released in Canada and Quebec in April 2008 and includes 3 bonus tracks in addition to a computer video file which is a documentary on the French punk band. The success of this opus was immediately felt by the Quebec public.
