Details: Nearly ten years have passed since her previous album, and it is as if Helena Noguerra is experiencing a complete rebirth in song after a long detour into cinema. Année Zéro, the title of which signals this new beginning, is an album rich in collaborations and new directions, while simultaneously being Helena's most intimate and personal work; she wrote most of the lyrics and some of the music herself. In both French and English, she now surprises with her ability to vary pleasures and styles while remaining perfectly herself, across fourteen collaborative songs that have never felt more like her.
