Details: At a Catholic high school, the popular girl teams up with a sophomore newspaper reporter to investigate a case of stolen SAT exams. Once the duo target their suspects, a larger conspiracy is unearthed. ----- How far would you go to hang out with the most popular girl on campus? ASSASSINATION OF A HIGH SCHOOL PRESIDENT is a biting comedy starring a young, attractive cast including Mischa Barton (from the TV series The O.C.), Reece Daniel Thompson (Rocket Science), and superstar Bruce Willis. School newspaper reporter Bobby Funke (Thompson) has to write a column about Paul, a popular jock and class president. When a pile of exams goes missing from Principal Kirkpatrick's (Willis) office, Bobby suddenly becomes the star of the campus by publishing an article that points to Paul as the prime suspect in the theft. But when the ravishing Francesca (Barton), Paul's girlfriend, tries to seduce him and the bullies who had been harassing him until now back off, Bobby begins to doubt Paul's guilt and everyone's intentions. When his investigation unearths a campus-wide conspiracy that threatens to destroy students and teachers alike, Bobby must decide whether to tell the truth or protect his new status as a ladies' man. Also stars Michael Rapaport, Luke Grimes, and Aaron Himelstein.
