Details: Ben is not a teenager quite like the others. Pampered by his mother and protected by his little brother, he lives in his own world. To him, the outside world is incredibly violent. Going to school has become a little more of a living hell each day since two guys from his technical high school have made his life impossible, never ceasing to stalk, harass, and humiliate him, pushing him slowly but surely to his breaking point. His only haven of peace is his room. As soon as he is back in there, he turns on his computer and plunges into the only universe where he feels good and a bit more "safe": Archlord, a fascinating online game. He then becomes Ben X, a hero ready for anything, invincible, with a heart beating for a certain Scarlite. Just as he decides to end his painful daily existence—by the only means that finds favor in his eyes—this enigmatic young girl will enter his life...
