Brooklyn's Finest focuses on three troubled New York City officers whose lives intersect following their involvement in a drug-related operation. Disillusioned veteran Eddie Dugan (Richard Gere) is just one week away from retirement. Narcotics officer Sal Procida (Ethan Hawke) discovers there is no line he won't cross to provide a better life for his wife and children. Clarence "Tango" Butler (Don Cheadle) has been working undercover for so long that his loyalty seems to be shifting toward his prison companion and Brooklyn drug lord Caz (Wesley Snipes) rather than his fellow police officers. Caught between their personal and professional obligations, each man is drawn into a destructive spiral, and all must face their destiny in this police thriller from acclaimed director Antoine Fuqua.
