Details: Since 1996 Belgian Dirk Swartenbroekx has been recording enthusiastic records under the name Buscemi. Four EPs, 2 albums and a compilation for the legendary Blue Note label have already delighted fans of his deep and difficult to classify style: nu bossa, lounge, deep-house, brazilian-grooves, afrobeat, drum'n'bass...? Dance music with a Latin feel is perhaps the best description of Buscemi's music. Without frankly renewing itself after the fabulous Our Girl In Havana , his previous opus, he continues his path in the same line, that of an electronic music which cannot do without the warmth of acoustic instruments and traditional percussion.
