In a small town in Quebec, six young girls and boys live, before the spectator's eyes, three months of their lives. Coming from diverse backgrounds, each of them has their own very different concerns; some are primarily interested in politics while others readily raise questions as general as those of freedom, love, work, sex and religion, drugs, or even the major problems of the contemporary world. There emerges, however, a common point of interest: the birth of a child and the implications it entails.
