A totemic mother from the sturgeon family is the origin of the Blanchard clan of Coteau Rouge on the South Shore of Montreal. As in many families, harmony is disrupted: it is grandma who carries her future grandson for her daughter and son-in-law. The latter schemes to buy all the workers' houses in the neighborhood to replace them with very chic condos. Consequently, he is disliked by the other members of the family. And nothing can happen in Coteau Rouge without the solidarity of the Blanchards. Opening film and audience favorite at the 2011 World Film Festival • Theatrical release throughout Quebec; • "A sparkling comedy!" - Journal de Montréal • "Forcier at his best!"
