Details: Counter-Strike: Condition Zero (CS:CZ) continues the successful saga of this series by introducing a brand new single-player mode as well as specific improvements for online play. CS:CZ is a tactical and strategic action game that challenges you to face off against cunning computer-controlled fighters during missions spread all across the globe. As the leader of an elite counter-terrorist squad, you use your skills and weapons to complete 20 new missions, each offering numerous objectives. Immerse yourself in the heart of gripping scenarios, from deep in the jungle to the hostile terrain of Antarctica, from arid deserts to the dangerous streets of the world's major metropolises. Rescue hostages. Escort VIPs to a safe zone. Locate and defuse bombs. A new series of adventures challenges you to think quickly and strategically. Your success depends on your ability to correctly equip your squad, each with their own weapons and techniques, allowing you to play the missions using different approaches. To increase your chances of success once in the field, familiarize yourself with elite troop techniques and increase your character's abilities during special training missions such as marksmanship, bomb defusal, and other military techniques. Each successful mission rewards the player with money to use for purchasing equipment or upgrading their arsenal. Based on an improved version of the Half-Life engine, Counter-Strike: Condition Zero breathes new life into the series, thanks to more detailed graphics, atmospheric rendering improvements such as snow or rain, and quite simply more dynamic special effects. The world's most-played online title is ready to enter a new dimension. Condition Zero also introduces completely new elements to the series. More detailed characters, special skins allowing you to customize your team more precisely, for a total of over 160 character combinations. A renewed arsenal of weapons and equipment is available for the teams, including a rocket launcher, an anti-riot ballistic shield, and many others. True to the original spirit of Counter-Strike, every map is playable in multiplayer mode. You can play the missions in cooperative mode with a friend, then log on online for a classic multiplayer game, or even improve your level of precision against unparalleled artificial intelligence.
