BIOGRAPHY
Cy, which has just won the Éloizes prize in the "Discovery of the Year" category, is made up of Éric Dow (lead voice), Jacques Blinn (acoustic guitar, mandolin and voice), Jacques Boudreau (acoustic guitar, keyboard and voice ) and Guyaume Boulianne (acoustic guitar, mandolin and voice). "Second Nation" has nine songs, mostly composed by Cy, and the majority of the lyrics are written by the group's lead singer, Eric Dow. Guyaume Boulianne also signs the lyrics of a song. Two pieces are interpretations, arranged in the manner of Cy, and one comes from a text by Georgette LeBlanc.

The production is by Kevin O'Neil and the sound recording, mixing and mastering is by Jean-Pascal Comeau. Christian Kit Goguen supported the artists in the artistic direction of the project. Cy released an EP in 2014 which has allowed the group to present over a hundred shows in the Maritime Provinces, Quebec, Ontario and France.
