This special edition highlights the National Film Board of Canada documentary "The Portrait," which follows Toronto artist Phil Richards during the creation of the official portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, commissioned by Canada for her Diamond Jubilee. In addition to "The Portrait," directed by Oscar nominee Hubert Davis, this special edition features two NFB classics about the Royal Family: Royal Journey (1951) and The Coronation and its Significance (1953).
