Details: Amazon.ca Farinelli was an extraordinary film. It immersed us in the intimacy of a bygone era, one that saw the rise and reign of men with women's voices: the castrati. In this extremely well-crafted soundtrack, Christophe Rousset succeeds in giving great authenticity to the performances presented. With this disc, you will rediscover all the magic of this film, which caused a sensation upon its theatrical release. --Marc Aigneaux
