This moving fishing story, which will appeal to both young and old, recounts Léo’s fabulous journey into the world of the five peninsulas. Léo is the son of a fisherman who disappeared at sea, and now it is his turn to become the captain of a great boat. To do so, he needs a vessel, a sail, a net, and an anchor! Along the way, he makes new friends who offer him their help. Beautifully illustrated, the colorful characters are also featured in the sailor songs that accompany the book. Heave ho! A universal tale about solidarity and the importance of family ties.
