Author: Trois Accords

Release Date: 05-09-2006

Details: Amazon.ca Five guys who couldn't care less about being trendy: here are Les Trois Accords with Grand champion international de course, a second album just as delirious as the first. In fifteen totally off-the-wall songs where punk meets country and alternative rock, Charles Dubreuil, Olivier Benoit, Simon Proulx, Alexandre Parr and Pierre-Luc Boisvert continue to bring an absurd and delightful breath of fresh air to Quebec rock. Teenagers adopted them a long time ago. Their older siblings, too. Their parents will have a bit more trouble entering this unpretentious universe, which you have to accept diving into without asking yourself existential questions. "If my nose makes an appointment/With this frying pan/You'll see the bottom of my thoughts." Yes, indeed! --Pascale Millot
