Muscular, alternative, atmospheric rock with a 1960s sound... That is how one might describe the music of Les Hôtesses d'Hilaire. The band members are Serge Brideau, vocals and guitar, Michel Vienneau, bass, Mico Roy, guitars, Maxence Cormier, drums, and Léandre Bourgeois, keyboards. Living and working in a region best known for its country and traditional music, their sound hits Acadian radio airwaves like a punch in the gut.

In the fall of 2012, Les Hôtesses d'Hilaire were the recipients of two awards at the New Brunswick Music Gala: Emerging Artist of the Year and the Bell Aliant People’s Choice Award, as well as three prizes at the FrancoFête en Acadie: the RADARTS - GRANBY Prize, the RADARTS - Réseau des grands espaces Prize, and the RADARTS - Réseau Ontario Prize. "Hilaire à boire" was produced by Pascal Lejeune.
