Musical comedy starring the four members of the comedy troupe, Les Cyniques. André Dubois plays the title role of IXE-13, "the ace of Canadian spies." A film filled with music, it is a joyous parody of the adventures of the legendary character from a popular 1950s serial novel by Pierre Saurel.
