The packaging features liner notes, a band essay, expanded artwork and a revised front cover design. This hard-touring, rum-swigging, take-no-prisoners Finnish brotherhood has made an international name for itself by combining traditional Finnish music ("humppa") with dark, folk-tinged metal. Could it be done? Should it be done? Well, Finntroll proved that this fresh blend of styles could indeed be coaxed into life, and that it was actually an inspired move! Look around today, and there's a whole host of bands furiously waving the "Folk Metal" banner, but Finntroll remain true originals: ahead of the pack and still very much out for blood! Spinefarm.
