Some will recognize him as the singer from his former rock bands, others for his duet "Pour un infidèle" with Cœur de pirate. Whatever the past, it is here as a singer-songwriter that Jimmy Hunt reincarnates himself, and in an elegant way. All wrapped in American folk and French chanson, with a bonus of confetti.

The album was recorded at the legendary Hotel2Tango by Radwan Ghazi Moumneh (We Are Wolves, Clues, Sam Shalabi, Pas Chic Chic!, Thee Silver Mt. Zion) who brought forward arrangements worthy of the greatest film scores, while always keeping the 4/4 time and the rock rhythm that made Jimmy Hunt who he is not too far away. Powerpop roots, acoustic guitars, choirs, string swells, definitely not what you would expect from a chanson album. So let’s call this power-chanson.
