Details: Stéphan Sylvestre is one of the great Canadian pianists of the new generation. He has performed in recital in Canada and the United States, but also in Europe, the Middle East and South America. His performances have been acclaimed in the most famous halls such as the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, St. Martin in the Fields, the St. Petersburg Conservatory, Arts Square, the National Arts Center, and the Four Seasons Center. Invited by several Canadian orchestras, he has also performed in the most important festivals in Canada and has collaborated with musicians and ensembles such as James Campbell, James Sommerville, Yannick Nézet-Séguin, Ransom Wilson, Rivka Golani, Martin Beaver, Alain Trudel , the Penderecki, New-Zealand, New Orford, Arthur-Leblanc and Alcan quartets, as well as with the first chairs of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, and the Montreal Symphony Orchestra.
