KNLO, alias Akena Okoko (also known as KenLo Craqnuques), is a rapper and composer originally from the old capital, by way of St-Narcisse and the Congo. He has been heard as part of several collectives over the 2000s (Movezerbe, K6A, Alaclair Ensemble), as well as on about fifteen instrumental projects. Residing in Hochelaga for several years now, he brings us his first solo rap album this year, a record that explores themes of first-world poverty and collective healing.
