The punk rock collective The Descent of the Elbow strikes another big blow with their second, “ Coup de éclair ”. Three years after " L'indecence du coup ", singer Simon Leduc and his wrestling partners return with more pop melodies and a more refined sound (to be underlined, the co-production of Marc-André Beaudet ).

Although the fans of the first hour may be surprised by these less nervous instrumentations, they will nevertheless find – and with joy – a new collection of texts still as poetic as they are conscientious signed by Leduc (including " Tourlou Moscow " which should be a hit on Quebec alternative radio stations). – HERE Montreal
