A delicate and sensitive evocation of the birth of desire and childhood as an intimate, fragile territory, this animated short follows the steps of a young girl in the midst of a transformation. Through the simplicity of the drawing and the grace of layering effects, Marie-Hélène Turcotte captures all the subtleties of this transition between childhood and adulthood. With grace and sensitivity, this debut short film unfolds as a visual poem that plays with the boundaries between reality and imagination. Wordless film.
