Details: Product Description Robert Charlebois Amazon.ca A true musical phenomenon, the show La Maudite Tournée by Robert Charlebois ran for nearly a decade, touring Quebec several times over. The double album of the same name, recorded in 1995, offers a very good overview of his public performances: an excellent selection of songs delivered with passion and precision. Surrounded by about a dozen musicians, Charlebois covers the essentials of his repertoire, alternating between the greatest hits of his various creative periods (“Lindberg,” “Les Talons Hauts,” “L’Indépendantriste”), more obscure songs (“Te v’là,” “Manche de pelle”), and new tracks (“Le Vieux Rocker,” “L’Autoroute électronique”). Added to this are two formidable medleys, the “Latin” and “Mean” medleys, which allow the singer to explore other facets of his repertoire through successful arrangements. Featuring some 35 songs, La Maudite Tournée is a must for all Charlebois fans. -- Nicolas Houle
