Details: A year after the death of MAP (1995-2008), the original members of the now defunct Quebec band dug up their instruments to form Charlie Foxtrot. The four childhood friends came together to record a first eponymous EP in which we discover the character Charlie Foxtrot, a guy crushed by routine who sees the failure of his dreams. With the same punk influences but with a textured rock and roll sound and a rather minimalist approach, the musicians give themselves creative freedom and leave room for exploration, sometimes with a biting humor.
