Amélie - Blu-Ray
SKU: 8V-Q104-1ORK
Amélie, a young waitress in a Montmartre bar, spends her time observing people and letting her imagination wander. She has set herself a goal: to do good for those around her. She then invents schemes to intervene incognito in their lives. Amélie's path is marked by encounters: Georgette, the hypochondriac tobacconist; Lucien, the grocery clerk; Madeleine Wallace, the concierge who is fond of port and stuffed dogs; Raymond Dufayel, alias "the glass man," her neighbor who lives only through a reproduction of a Renoir painting. This quest for happiness leads Amélie to meet Nino Quincampoix, a strange "Prince Charming." He divides his time between a ghost train and a sex shop, and is trying to identify a stranger whose photo keeps reappearing in several Photomaton booths.
