Taken from volumes I, II and III of Legends of a People, the pieces take on a second life on this album where Stéphane Archambault and Marie-Hélène Fortin (My Aïeux), Patrice Michaud, Alexandre Désilets, Vincent Vallières, Chloé Sainte-Marie and the poet Joséphine Bacon , Éric Goulet, Jorane, Salomé Leclerc, Yann Perreau, Richard Séguin and Paul Piché join their voices to that of songwriter Alexandre Belliard.
