Les Bluecharms / Finance moé (EP) - CD
BIOGRAPHY
The title of the album speaks for itself, "Finance-moé" is an EP that does not take itself seriously. It's an album for the pleasure of making one... Humorous lyrics where irony flirts with social criticism on a folk/blues musical score that's not so clean.
The group “Les Bluecharms” is made up of four women from Restigouche, New Brunswick. The somewhat garage band sound is certainly not unrelated to the fact that they are friends from childhood and adolescence who get together to make music simply for fun. With "Finance-moé", Maggie Savoie (voice, guitar and dobro), Isabelle Savoie (voice, bass and mandolin), Louise Poirier (voice and percussion) and Marie-Christine Arpin (voice and guitar), present an EP of five songs to take with a grain of salt, tapping your foot or with a drink in hand.
