Surrounded by their faithful team, with Philippe B on production and Sébastien Blais-Montpetit on mixing, Les sœurs Boulay offer us songs that could have waited, yet at the same time could not. Written (or gifted by Philippe B, in the case of "Déjeuner") during or after 4488 de l'Amour (2015), the four tracks had a certain immediacy, and Les soeurs Boulay wanted to release them right away, because the two girls are often impulsive and in a rush. It is thus between two turned pages of their lives and careers, not so far from their thirties, just before truly becoming "adults," after a period of friendship- and romance-filled effervescence, that Lendemains finds its place.
