Songs by Lionel Daunais, illustrations by Marie Lafrance with Martin Léon, Pascale Bussière, and Mes Aïeux.

It is the story of Chiffon, a little wool dog who had a cotton tail.

This fable was written in the 1940s by Lionel Daunais, one of the first French-Canadian singer-songwriters. The song of the little wool dog humorously tells the tragicomic story of poor little Chiffon the dog, locked in a closet by his parents.
