Details: Because he never does anything halfway, the recording of Louis-José Houde's 3rd one-man show is simply stunning. Never before seen in Quebec. Filmed at La Tohu, in 360°, with 12 cameras, Les heures verticales is more than just a DVD, more than just a show: it is a true experience offered by a Louis-José in full command of his craft. It is on a circular stage, with his contagious enthusiasm and hilarious metaphors, that Louis-José addresses those moments when one must stand tall in the face of adversity. And although the subjects covered are rather serious, this show is above all extremely funny and, most importantly, very positive, in the purest tradition of "vertical comedians," or stand-up comics. The DVD to give as a gift this year!
