Eleven folk songs with catchy melodies and touching lyrics where human feelings are broken down with humor and finesse. Intimate and unifying, L'échappée marks a great departure for Marquise Desmarais .

The album was recorded at the renowned Breakglass Studio in Montreal and released on April 24th. An expected release, which comes after the artist has turned many heads during several competitions.
