Meryem Aboulouafa is a stunning artist, a woman of rare elegance. After several refinement sessions for a first set of tracks alongside Keren Ann, she took up the challenge of creating an album deeply rooted in solid musical craft, emotional finesse, and a modern sonic vision with the help of producers and musicians Para One and Ojard. Entitled "Meryem", her first album reveals the voice of a contemporary woman, a musician, believer, and poet, with sounds evoking Florence and The Machine, Alela Diane, or even Agnès Obel.
