After the release of his long awaited album, “Sonic Crusader", Mr. Flash is delivering a first EP around the track “Midnight Blue” featuring Surahn from DFA Records. Side A contains the original track and its instrumental version, as well as an unreleased track, “Moonchild", with a Groove, Funk, and highly dancefloor character that reminds us we are firmly in the Ed Banger universe. Side B features the remixes of “Midnight Blue” with an excellent “techno/house” version by Jon Convex and two other versions between electro-house and electronica by the Italians Margot. Just like the album, the cover artwork is one of the 6 silkscreen prints from the “Double Six” collection by the artist Yvaral (Jean-Pierre Vasarely).
