Details: Michael owes money to Dublin’s meanest gangster, Darren Perrier. To get back on his feet, he carries out a burglary that goes horribly wrong when his suicidal neighbor (Jodie Whittaker), whom he longs for, shoots dead one of Perrier’s thugs who had come to collect the money owed. Forced to flee, he wanders in her company, as well as that of his father (Oscar® winner Jim Broadbent; Vera Drake, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull), a crude character obsessed with death. Thus, in addition to dodging criminal networks, Michael will have to protect his father from the Grim Reaper (Gabriel Byrne). Written by playwright Mark O’Rowe (Boy A) and directed by Ian Fitzgibbon, Perrier's Bounty will satisfy fans of Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and In Bruges.
